redefining how we experience public spaces
transforming buildings into a living, breathing canvas
Primal Future is an extraordinary dance and digital art crossover made bespoke with each community and projected onto iconic buildings.
A visually stunning fusion of digital projection, choreography, and immersive sound, co-created by professional artists and local participants. This community-driven spectacle transforms public spaces into living artworks that boost footfall, extend dwell time, and strengthen local business engagement — fostering civic pride and creating a must-visit cultural destination.
Starting 1 hour after sunset Primal Future runs as an original 15-minute piece plus a 5-minute build, looped three times per hour — offering flexible programming and continuous audience engagement throughout an evening.
Primal Future explores the enduring relationship between nature and human creativity. It draws on inspiration from classical mathematics, ancient architecture, AI and Biomimicry.
A Scalable spectacular experience
The journey of Primal Future has been a collaborative adventure, bringing together artists, technologists and community members
Community is at the
heart of Primal Future
Primal Future can be made bespoke to each iconic building as we recruit a diverse and inclusive cast local to each community. These individuals collaborate with Tom Dale Company’s professional dancers and artists contributing their energy and creativity to the final artwork. Their performances are filmed in green screen and seamlessly integrated into the projection, highlighting the spirit of inclusion and shared artistic expression.
