inscape
augmented reality photographs.

Inscape redefines how we experience movement, space and place through augmented reality. This digital dance project brings urban landscapes to life—capturing snapshots from London, Nottingham, and beyond.

Through an AR app, still photographs transform into dynamic, site-specific dance films. Movement unfolds within the image, merging choreography with the textures of the city. Each piece explores themes of resilience, creativity, survival, and human connection—offering audiences a new way to engage with dance.
How It Works
Inscape is adaptable to different spaces and formats, including:
Gallery exhibitions, showcasing interactive AR photography
Urban and architectural trails, connecting movement to location
Festival presentations, creating an immersive digital experience
Whether using existing material or tailoring content to a specific place, Inscape seamlessly integrates dance, technology, and environment—inviting audiences to see their surroundings in a new way.

short films inspired by urban struggle, survival, creativity, adaptability, strength, sensitivity, restlessness, loneliness, resilience, vulnerability and above all, a rich experience of the moment.
